Food security has become a matter of strategic resilience. Never has producing food been so threatened, and never has wasting it been so normal. New Genomic Techniques, soil biologicals, precision agriculture, AI, agrivoltaics, precision fermentation, smart cold chains and logistics, digital traceability: solutions to yield more, better and more sustainable nutrients with less resources are rapidly maturing. Whether they reach every farm and household, or only a few, is a matter of policy choice and societal adoption.
