Europe’s leading platform where governments, innovators and policymakers collaborate to accelerate public sector innovation and scale the impact of GovTech.

GovTech focuses on harnessing technologies and innovation to modernise public administration, improve public services and strengthen governments’ ability to address complex societal challenges.

The GovTech Forum is a leading multistakeholder platform about GovTech and innovation in public policies in Europe. Every year, a vibrant community of 500 government officials, civil servants and public innovators from 15 countries gathers to exchange insights and co-design policies and solutions that scale the impact of GovTech.

F3D — Urban Resilience

Advancing urban resilience by connecting public authorities, first responders, innovators and citizens to co-design the cities of tomorrow.

The “First Three Days” represent the critical window after a disaster or major disruption, when resilient cities rely on preparedness, rapid coordination and informed decision-making to protect people, infrastructure and essential services.

F3D convenes a multidisciplinary community of public authorities, first responders, infrastructure operators, researchers and technology leaders committed to advancing urban resilience. The event fosters collaboration across sectors to exchange knowledge, showcase innovative solutions and develop actionable strategies for safer, more adaptive and future-ready cities, and features a civic hackathon engaging designers, citizens and active community members in co-designing life-centric resilience solutions.

THINK & DO TANK

Africa-Italy Digital Cooperation

Connects the Italian GovTech ecosystem with international organisations, NGOs and African governments, to co-design a Digital Public Infrastructure for Africa’s climate resilience.

The Africa-Italy Digital Cooperation (AIDC) is a multistakeholder think & do tank that brings together governments, international organisations, businesses, financial institutions, academia and civil society to strengthen strategic partnerships between Italy and Africa.

Inspired by the G20 Ubuntu philosophy, and in line with the Mattei Plan and the agenda of the UN Task Force on Africa, the initiative fosters dialogue, knowledge exchange and collaborative action to align Italian expertise with Africa’s digital transformation agenda. Through research, policy dialogue and co-design, AIDC develops actionable roadmaps and partnerships to scale Digital Public Infrastructure, AI and public-interest technologies across the continent.
